150ml Arnica oil(oil infused with Arnica- i use olive oil)
150ml St.johns wort oil (for this infusion, it's important that you use fresh st.johns wort flowers, this will give the oil a bright red colour and will hold more medicinal qualities)
30ml grated beeswax(more or less depending on your preference)
5 drops birch essential oil
10 drops rosemary essential oil
5-10 drops marjoram essential oil
5 drops ginger essential oil
break down of the properties:
Arnica- mild pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial
st.johns wort- anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral
birch EO- analgesic
marjoram EO- warming, analgesic, sedative
rosemary EO- analgesic
ginger EO- warming, good for muscular pain
